Williams, Phone                                                                                                                                                    The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Clyde Moore, President of the Board of Commissioners.   Greg Jones gave the invocation.   Clyde Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance.   The Roll was called with nine Commissioners present by phone.   The reading of the minutes of the regular Board meeting held on April 14, 2020 was dispensed with and Elizabeth Q. Lindsay made a motion to accept the minutes as printed. D. W. Williams seconded the motion.  Motion carried.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Jimmy French, General Manager, reported that all taps and leaks are up to date.   Tommy Hollingsworth made a motion to approve the declaration of an emergency repair from Trek, Inc. in the amount of $16,987.00 to the 12” Ductile iron pipe and fittings at the Alpine Pump Station.  D. W. Williams seconded the motion.   There was a roll call vote as follows:  Marion Simpson Jr.; Aye, Otha Hailey; Aye, D.W. Williams; Aye, Elizabeth Q. Lindsay; Aye, Robert Sibley; Aye, Oscar Coody; Aye, Billy McKay; Aye, Tommy Hollingsworth; Aye, Clyde Moore; Aye.  Aye-9, Nay-0 9-0   Elizabeth Q. Lindsay made a motion to accept the General Manager’s report.  D.W. Williams seconded the motion.  Motion carried.   There being no other business Elizabeth Q. Lindsay made the motion to adjourn.  Billy McKay seconded the motion.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 9:20 a.m.

Williams, Phone                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Clyde Moore, President of the Board of Commissioners.   Clyde Moore gave the invocation.   Clyde Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance.   The Roll was called with seven Commissioners present with Tommy Hollingsworth and Otha Hailey being absent.   Additions- Elizabeth Q. Lindsay made a motion to approve a quote in the amount of $68,850.00 from Trek, Inc. for the installation of a one ton chlorine cylinder.  D. W. Williams seconded the motion.   There was a roll call vote as follows:  Tommy Hollingsworth; Absent, Marion Simpson Jr.; Aye, Otha Hailey; Absent, D.W. Williams; Aye, Elizabeth Q. Lindsay; Aye, Robert Sibley; Aye, Oscar Coody; Aye, Billy McKay; Aye, Clyde Moore; Aye.  Aye-7, Nay-0, 2-Absent 7-0   The reading of the minutes of the regular Board meeting held on March 10, 2020 was dispensed with and Marion Simpson Jr. made a motion to accept the minutes as printed. D. W. Williams seconded the motion.  Motion carried.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Jimmy French, General Manager, reported that all taps and leaks are up to date.  He also reviewed the Consumption and Revenue report and the Water Audit report.   Elizabeth Q. Lindsay made a motion to authorize the General Manager to test for TEC quarterly at the Dresser sight.  Oscar Coody seconded the motion.   There was a roll call vote as follows:  Tommy Hollingsworth; Absent, Marion Simpson Jr.; Aye, Otha Hailey; Absent, D.W. Williams; Aye, Elizabeth Q. Lindsay; Aye, Robert Sibley; Aye, Oscar Coody; Aye, Billy McKay; Aye, Clyde Moore; Aye.  Aye-7, Nay-0, 2-Absent 7-0   D. W. Williams made a motion to accept the General Manager’s report.  Elizabeth Q. Lindsay seconded the motion.  Motion carried.       There being no other business Marion Simpson Jr. made the motion to adjourn.  D. W. Williams seconded the motion.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
