Upcoming Office Closure
Due to the likelihood of inclement weather, our office will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Management will make a decision on Tuesday, as to the road conditions to reopen on Wednesday. Take advantage of the warmer temps to wrap any exposed pipes you may have. If dripping faucets, it only takes a constant drip, not a full stream to keep the water moving. Open cabinet doors to allow the heat to get to the plumbing under your sink. Dripping the faucet furthest from where your water line enters your home is best. Thanks, and stay warm!

Request for Transfer of Water Service

Welcome to Water Works District No. 3 of Rapides Parish, located in the Central Louisiana region.  It is our mission to provide you with safe, clean water, and to make the process of becoming a new customer as stress-free as possible.  To begin, please fill out the form below, attach a copy of your picture ID, and submit it to our office.

If you currently have service with Water Works District No. 3 and wish to transfer to a new address, please fill out the Transfer Form.

Please note: You may keep water service at both addresses for a maximum of 5 days.

Customer must provide I.D. to show that they are the account holder.
